The line is fully operational, still use. In case of interest, it is possible to inspect and make trials. Also available is energy consumption calculation as well as flowsheet.

Brew house

• Brew house with total 500l volume, mash tun + lauter tun.

All in stainless steel, outside Cu-cladded. Gas heated – 3x 25 kW gas heaters. Beer pump Ebara (Italy).

• Stainless steel tank / Whirlpool with circulation pump.
• Wort filter
• Two – stage desk chiller, rated for 1000 l/hour from 96 degrees C to 6 degrees C
• Ice water supply – outside concrete tank + circulating pump + Glycol filter + heat exchanger + air conditioner
• Hot water supply – electric boiler with 500l volume

Fermentation cellar

• 2x Fermenting tun – open stainless steel tanks 1 200 l each with duplex wall. Air distribution piping and valves. Control system with cooling water flow control – wort temperature setting at 3 different levels.
• 2x Fermenting tun – stainless steel tanks 1 000 l each with duplex wall. Air distribution piping and valves.

Lager cellar with total 12 000 l capacity

• 10x stainless steel lager tanks with volume 600 l with heat exchanger and chilling unit.
• 6x stainless steel lager tanks with volume 1 000 l with heat exchanger and chilling unit.
